Job Role Summary

The role serves as an English Language Training (ELT) Instructor responsible for crafting and delivering educational plans and materials tailored to the requirements of individual learners and groups. The instructor evaluates language proficiency and adapts teaching approaches to maximize student progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing, organizing, and conducting lesson plans effectively.
• Developing and preparing teaching resources and materials.
• Enhancing students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities through personalized and group sessions.
• Reviewing and assessing student assignments while offering constructive feedback.
• Monitoring development of writing, listening, reading comprehension, and public speaking skills; diagnosing learning challenges; tracking advancement; and evaluating knowledge through varied tests and activities.

Qualifications and Prerequisites

• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Skilled in using computer-based interactive technical manuals, aircraft maintenance documentation, and related records.
• Completion of Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development's Qualification Verification Program (QVP) is mandatory for visa and employment authorization in Saudi Arabia.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and passport.
• Ability to meet employment and deployment criteria including medical examinations, drug tests, and background verification.
• Strong understanding of military logistics processes and regulations.
