About the Role
Based in London, the E-billing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the daily electronic billing activities within a leading global law firm. This role focuses on ensuring precise and efficient invoicing processes while collaborating closely with both internal teams and external clients to support the accounting and finance functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the electronic billing system to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Work with clients and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies in billing.
- Ensure strict adherence to client-specific billing guidelines and requirements.
- Prepare, submit and track invoices using various electronic billing platforms.
- Keep track of billing deadlines to guarantee timely invoice submissions.
- Produce and review billing reports to spot and address any issues swiftly.
- Maintain meticulous records of billing transactions and communications.
- Offer support and training to colleagues regarding e-billing procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience with electronic billing systems and associated procedures.
- Understanding of accounting and finance principles relevant to professional services.
- Excellent organisational skills coupled with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication capabilities and adept problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
