Job Overview
Join Cleanaway Waste Management as a full-time Driver based in Picton, Western Australia. This role involves operating various collection vehicles to support waste management and recycling efforts while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a diverse range of waste collection vehicles safely and efficiently
- Load, transport, and unload waste materials accurately
- Deliver collected waste to appropriate recycling and disposal facilities
- Maintain professional and courteous interactions with customers
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean, safe, and in good working condition
- Follow all Fatigue Management protocols, rules, and training requirements
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's license
- Holding a forklift license is advantageous but not mandatory
- Available for early morning shifts as required
- Physically capable and comfortable performing manual tasks
- Maintain a clean driving record and demonstrate a strong safety-first attitude
- Dependable, cooperative team member with strong customer focus
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment medical and drug screening
