Job description

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Storeperson to join our warehouse team based in St Marys, NSW. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday from 7:24am to 3:30pm and offers significant prospects for career advancement within a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently picking, packing, and distributing goods, including operating forklifts as required.
  • Accurately processing inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Loading and unloading vehicles and containers safely and effectively.
  • Monitoring stock levels to maintain precise inventory control and ensure product availability.
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, orderly, and operating efficiently.
  • Actively engaging in and promoting a strong workplace safety culture.
  • Working independently when necessary and collaborating with team members.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Possession of a current forklift licence is mandatory; experience with high reach forklifts is beneficial but not required.
  • Prior experience in warehouse or storeperson duties, including manual picking, packing, stock replenishment, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in loading and unloading trucks with safety and efficiency.
  • Strong dedication to adhering to health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) standards.
  • Self-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a reliable and proactive work ethic.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe, well-organized, and productive warehouse setting.
