About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Driver to join our thriving team in West Kelowna, BC. This position involves delivering automotive aftermarket parts while providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a clean driving record, ready to contribute to our dynamic work environment.

Daily Responsibilities

• Prepare and fulfill delivery orders accurately, verifying invoices and assisting with parts selection when needed.
• Inspect merchandise condition upon delivery, obtain customer confirmation, and handle any delivery quality concerns professionally.
• Coordinate daily collection of customer returns, cores, and warranties without compromising delivery efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and pickups, ensuring all paperwork is complete and compliant with customer service delivery standards.
• Follow electronic delivery protocols and standards rigorously.
• Report any customer dissatisfaction or complaints immediately to the Dispatcher or Store Manager.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections, including fluid levels, tire condition, and vehicle cleanliness both inside and out.
• Adhere strictly to all road regulations and company safety procedures at all times.
• Communicate regularly with Dispatcher and Store Manager regarding delivery progress or any delays.
• Participate actively in inventory cycle counts and annual physical inventory programs.
• Assist with in-store customer service activities and help maintain an orderly and well-stocked store environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster and maintain positive working relationships.
• Physical ability to lift items up to 50 pounds safely.
• Work location at 3717 Old Okanagan Hwy, West Kelowna, BC, V4T 2H9.
