Job description
Role Overview
This position entails safely transporting guests to and from designated locations using hotel vehicles, ensuring a high standard of service and adherence to company protocols.
Key Duties
- Transport guests between specified destinations using company vehicles.
- Record trip details before starting and after completing each journey.
- Park vehicles in assigned areas when not in use.
- Inspect vehicles regularly to check for damage and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor tire pressures, fluid levels, and refuel vehicles as needed.
- Report maintenance needs promptly to appropriate personnel.
- Document any vehicle-related incidents such as damages or accidents and communicate these reports to supervisors.
- Inform management promptly of any accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions.
- Complete safety training sessions and obtain required certifications.

- Follow all safety policies and procedures strictly.
- Report any safety hazards, maintenance concerns, accidents, or injuries immediately.
- Maintain a professional and neat appearance, including wearing the designated uniform correctly.
- Respect confidentiality regarding company information and protect company property.

- Contribute to team efforts and help meet shared objectives.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and expectations.
Physical and Work Requirements
- Handle, lift, move, push, pull, or place objects weighing less than 50 pounds independently.
- Assist with heavier objects exceeding 75 pounds.
- Remain standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods throughout shifts.
- Respond quickly and physically to workplace demands, such as changing work pace as necessary.
- Visually review and verify information presented in various formats.
- Inspect tools, machines, or equipment for defects or issues.
- Perform fine motor skills requiring hand-eye coordination, including grasping and manipulating objects of varying sizes and weights.
- Bend, reach overhead, squat, twist torso, crawl, and lean as required.
- Navigate tight, confined, elevated, sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairways or ramps.
- Use hands and motor skills continuously during job functions.
Guest Interaction
- Greet and recognize all guests following company standards.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues, including proper telephone etiquette.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (General Educational Development certificate).
- Work experience: No prior related experience required.
- Supervisory experience: Not required.
- Mandatory license: Valid driving license.
