About the Role

Join the Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara, a prestigious luxury hotel brand inspired by authentic Thai hospitality and dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences across stunning global locations. We seek a dependable and skilled Driver committed to professionalism, safety, and punctuality, to operate within a remote resort environment in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport guests, team members, management, and company staff safely and reliably as assigned.
• Drive company vehicles while adhering strictly to UAE traffic laws and regulations.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of assigned vehicles.
• Support staff transportation needs including airport pickups, city trips, and other operational activities.
• Accurately document trip details, fuel consumption, and vehicle-related operations.
• Ensure timely arrivals and departures for passenger pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Adapt to the demands of working at a remote resort and meet operational scheduling needs.
• Comply fully with company policies, safety protocols, and procedures.
• Deliver courteous and professional service to all guests and team members.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Prior experience as a professional driver, preferably in hospitality sectors such as hotels or resorts.
• Familiarity with UAE roads and traffic rules is essential.
• Skills in communication and interpersonal interaction.
• Punctual, responsible, and safety-focused attitude.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and outside regular hours.
• Willingness to reside and operate within a remote resort setting is required.
• Exposure to remote work environments is considered advantageous.
