Driver - Concrete Agitator

Position Overview

We are looking for a Concrete Agitator Driver to join our team at the Coffs Harbour Concrete Plant. This role involves the safe and efficient loading, transport, and timely delivery of pre-mixed concrete to customers across the region. The position offers a hands-on experience with a variety of tasks, autonomy in work, and the chance to be part of a safety-first and customer-focused team.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely delivering concrete to customer sites efficiently.
• Managing slump tolerance levels and ensuring safe concrete discharge.
• Accurately completing delivery dockets and related documentation.
• Maintaining effective communication with allocators, batchers, and customers.
• Performing daily pre-start vehicle inspections and upholding vehicle safety standards.
• Helping with general yard duties and the upkeep of the plant.
• Supporting a positive safety culture and adhering strictly to company procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a current Heavy Rigid (HR) Driver Licence.
• Strong dedication to safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Excellent skills in customer service and communication.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
• Self-driven with a professional and respectful attitude.
• Dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills.
• Prior experience in concrete, construction, transport, or related sectors is highly valued, although complete training will be provided.

• Work schedule requires flexibility to work Monday through Saturday as needed.
