Job Overview
We are looking for a competent Plant Operator to join our Hall Quarry team in Jeir, where you will be responsible for the safe and effective operation of both mobile and fixed plant machinery. This is a great opportunity to become an integral part of a dedicated workforce driving operational success.
Key Duties
- Operate quarry mobile equipment such as haul trucks, excavators, and front-end loaders with safety and efficiency as priorities.
- Manage operations of the crushing plant carefully and accurately.
- Conduct routine basic maintenance and ensure cleanliness of plant machinery.
- Engage proactively in troubleshooting and support continuous operational enhancements.
- Take part in safety programs including pre-start inspections, toolbox meetings, and incident documentation.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in driving mobile plant equipment is essential; sales loader expertise is an advantage.
- Holding an HR truck license is beneficial though not mandatory.
- Previous quarry industry experience is considered a plus but not required.
- Self-driven with strong focus on safety and quality standards.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to work from Monday through Saturday.
