Overview
Transport for NSW is seeking a dedicated Document Controller to join their Projects team in Sydney. This full-time permanent role involves managing document workflows to ensure efficient and accurate documentation across various programs and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support document management activities throughout project delivery lifecycles, ensuring documents are properly stored, tracked, and retrievable.
- Maintain high standards of document control quality and information management within complex multi-project environments to ensure all teams access the latest document revisions.
- Oversee the receipt, distribution, filing, and accessibility of controlled documents to facilitate smooth project progress and positive community outcomes.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in document control and information management, including hands-on use of document management systems and record-keeping procedures.
- Exceptional collaboration and accountability, supported by effective communication skills and the ability to establish strong, productive working relationships.
- Experience managing project documentation to support quality compliance and efficient project delivery.
