Role Overview
The Director – GCC Coverage in Private Banking Front Office will focus strongly on driving revenue by managing high-net-worth portfolios. The role involves generating new client assets, expanding existing relationships, and growing revenues within the GCC market.
Key Duties
- Develop and expand the Private Bank's client base in the GCC by nurturing existing relationships and converting prospects into clients.
- Boost invested asset volumes through customized solutions and by collaborating on account reviews with Investment Advisors.
- Enhance client asset allocation and diversify Private Bank offerings by working closely with various internal departments like Corporate, Retail, Investment Banking, and Asset Management.
- Encourage team collaboration and mentorship by linking clients and prospects with senior team members to foster relationship growth and product innovation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Master's degree in Business Administration with a finance concentration or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Preferably holds CFA designation or comparable financial qualifications.
- Between 10 to 15 years of experience in financial services, specifically handling GCC markets.
- Thorough understanding of asset and liability products, capital markets, portfolio management, and investment instruments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks including compliance, due diligence, anti-money laundering, and basic legal structures such as offshore accounts and trusts.
