Key Responsibilities
- Support Relationship Managers in growing assets under management and boosting investment income while identifying cross-selling chances.
- Deliver expert investment advice and sophisticated multi-asset class solutions to ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Administer client investment accounts including preparation of CIP/IPS documentation, monitoring profiles, and ensuring accurate trade execution and recording.
- Perform portfolio analysis and performance reviews by examining asset allocation, appropriateness, holdings, and suggesting investment adjustments or new concepts.
- Enhance client relationships by serving as a senior investment contact and facilitating higher-level, more frequent interactions.
- Lead team performance management by steering revenue objectives, maintaining quality standards, overseeing budgets, and fostering continuous team growth.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 7 years of financial industry experience, including a minimum of 5 years in investment-related roles.
- Preferably 3 or more years of Private Banking experience focused strongly on investments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of investment products, associated fees, legal frameworks, and operational processes.
- Expertise in markets including equities, bonds, unit trusts, and personal investment services, with skills to integrate this knowledge into business planning.
- Proficient understanding of investment theories and capability to offer both tactical and operational investment advice.
- Experience in securities trading and foreign exchange procedures and prior team leadership responsibilities.
- Fluency in Arabic language is required.
