Help at Home seeks compassionate and reliable caregivers to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities within their homes and communities. As a premier provider of in-home support to seniors and individuals with disabilities for over 40 years, we offer opportunities starting at $13 to $15 per hour, with weekly pay.

Role Responsibilities
- Provide individualized assistance with everyday living tasks including cooking, cleaning, grooming, hygiene, and transportation
- Encourage involvement in community and social activities such as shopping and events
- Support goal attainment and recognize progress
- Promote autonomy, choice, and self-advocacy
- Accurately record care details, activities, and client progress
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain consistent quality support
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be 18 years or older
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Clear background check and completion of required training
- Hold a valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance
- Ability to work respectfully and safely in clients’ homes and community settings
- Exhibit compassion, dependability, and dedication to positively impacting lives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) or autism, including implementing Individual Activity Support Plans and Plans of Service and Supports
- Knowledge of foundational behavior-support methods like redirection, visual prompts, and environmental adjustments
Additional Information
