Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including cooking, cleaning, hygiene, grooming, and transportation.
• Encourage and facilitate participation in social and community events.
• Support individuals in achieving personal milestones and celebrate their growth.
• Promote client autonomy, choice, and self-advocacy.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided, activities undertaken, and progress made.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Successful completion of background checks and required training courses.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable vehicle with insurance evidence.
• Ability to perform duties safely and respectfully in client environments.
• Strong compassion, reliability, and commitment to supporting others.

Preferred Experience

• Previous work supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or autism, including experience with Individual Activity Support Plans and Plans of Service and Supports.
• Familiarity with basic behavior support methods such as redirection, visual cues, and environmental adaptations.
