Job Duties

• Engage directly with customers face-to-face to introduce Bell Canada’s Internet, TV, and Mobile services.
• Participate in daily team meetings to review promotions and share success stories.
• Respond to customer queries, build trust, and guide patrons in selecting suitable services.
• Develop skills in handling objections and closing sales effectively.
• Collaborate within a motivated, team-oriented setting.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay of $20 per hour plus uncapped commission structure.
• On-target earnings range from $70,000 to $120,000+ annually; 50% of the team is projected to earn over $88,000.
• Exceptional performers have the potential to generate more than $120,000 annually, including monthly earnings that can exceed $15,000.
