Puulse Marketing, in partnership with Bell Canada, is expanding its sales team in Toronto, Ontario. Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers in face-to-face interactions.
- Present and promote Bell's Internet, TV, and Mobile services to prospective clients.
- Build rapport and trust by addressing customer questions and identifying suitable service plans.
- Develop skills to manage objections and effectively close sales.
- Collaborate within a supportive and goal-oriented team environment.
Candidate Profile
- Enjoys engaging with people and is comfortable working outdoors and on their feet.
- Demonstrates competitiveness, coachability, and motivation to achieve goals.
- Maintains resilience in the face of rejection and perseveres.
- Is reliable and able to commit to full-time hours, excluding current students.
- Keen to acquire sales skills for career progression and income growth.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay starting at $20 per hour complemented by uncapped commissions.
- On-target earnings range from $70,000 to $120,000+ yearly.
- Half of the team is projected to earn over $88,000 annually, with top performers surpassing $120,000 and some generating upwards of $15,000 monthly.
- Comprehensive paid training with no prerequisite sales experience.
