Overview

Puulse Marketing invites motivated individuals to join as Direct Sales Representatives in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Training is fully provided, making prior sales experience unnecessary. The role focuses on promoting and selling Bell Internet, TV, and Mobile services across the community with a supportive and competitive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with potential customers in person to discuss service options
• Introduce and explain Bell’s Internet, TV, and Mobile products and promotions
• Build customer trust, address inquiries, and assist them in choosing appropriate plans
• Develop skills in overcoming objections and closing sales
• Collaborate with team members during daily briefings and share success strategies

Compensation and Perks

• Base wage of $18.50 per hour plus unlimited commission opportunities
• On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $70,000 to over $120,000 annually
• Half the team is projected to earn $88,000 or more this year
• Top performers can exceed $120,000 yearly, with some earning upwards of $15,000 monthly
