Digital Transformation Advisory Lead

About the Role

Are you energized by navigating the crossroads of strategic planning, portfolio governance, and digital transformation? This role requires partnering with business and technology executives to drive impactful change across cloud, AI, automation, and data initiatives. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and working in a hybrid environment, you will lead the governance and optimization of enterprise-wide digital transformation portfolios, aligning with organizational strategies and investment decisions to deliver sustained business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain governance frameworks for digital portfolios ensuring alignment with business goals, prioritization processes, funding allocation, and realization of benefits.
• Manage portfolio standards such as roadmaps, stage-gate reviews, risk tracking, and reporting mechanisms.
• Oversee Digital Factory project execution ranging from minimum viable products and pilots to enterprise-wide scaled solutions, promoting agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Act as a liaison for risk escalation, dependencies, and capacity challenges within delivery teams.
• Collaborate closely with executives and stakeholders to facilitate governance, alignment, portfolio reviews, and decision-making forums.
• Lead steering committees providing insightful dashboards regarding progress, value generation, risks, and corrective measures.
• Support transformation efforts in cloud modernization, AI, automation, data platforms, and core systems by fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Advise on agile and product-focused delivery at scale, evaluate delivery maturity, and recommend enhancements for portfolio performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Significant expertise in managing portfolios and programs within PMO, DTMO, Digital Factory, or similar large-scale transformation setups.
• Proven track record in governing diverse digital transformation initiatives with multiple stakeholders and functions.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, hybrid, and product-oriented delivery frameworks and their application at scale.
• Effective executive engagement and influence skills to support strategic transformation decisions.
• Practical experience using delivery and portfolio management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, ClickUp, or Trello.
• Strong skills in managing RFPs, vendor assessments, partner governance, and third-party relationships.
• Familiarity with enterprise digital, AI, data, automation, and cloud projects including web, mobile, integration, and collaboration platforms.
