Overview
Join Beca's Digital Consulting team as a Digital Consultant specializing in Agentic AI, where you will design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions that revolutionize work processes across the company. You will play a key role in supporting Beca's AI Strategic Programme by enabling teams to adopt and scale AI capabilities effectively.
Role Details
You will be actively involved in bridging business analysis and hands-on AI building to craft AI agents that generate tangible business improvements. Partnering with multiple teams, you'll analyze current workflows, reimagine processes, and build AI agents utilizing platforms such as Copilot and Claude. Your duties include writing agent instructions, iterative build-test cycles, and owning the AI agent lifecycle from start to finish.
In addition to delivering solutions, your work will focus on empowering internal teams by helping emerging local builders create and manage AI agents themselves, fostering sustained AI competence throughout Beca.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking and technical curiosity with stellar communication skills. Comfortable working autonomously and with ambiguity, you are ready to challenge existing procedures and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels. You also possess practical knowledge of AI toolsets and a methodical test-and-learn approach to AI model behavior.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum five years of experience in business analysis, consulting, process improvement, or digital delivery.
- Practical experience with AI models or automation tools, including prompt design and low/no-code platforms.
- Ability to read AI output transcripts, formulate hypotheses on behavior, and iterate quickly.
- Strong elicitation skills for structuring expert knowledge without being the subject matter expert.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to dissect complex workflows and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Strong aptitude for stakeholder engagement and relationship-building.
- Clear communication skills capable of translating technical concepts.
- Self-directed and eager to work hands-on with emerging tools while continuously learning.
