Job Overview

We are seeking seasoned AI Engineers who thrive on resolving intricate technical challenges, whether as hands-on contributors or team leaders. As a senior leader, you will collaborate closely with the Product Manager to influence product direction from a technical standpoint, taking full ownership of the architecture and delivery of AI Agent products from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and full-cycle development of AI Agentic solutions within a critical enterprise platform, working in partnership with Product Management to balance technical feasibility with product vision.
• Design and implement scalable agent frameworks incorporating multi-step reasoning, tool/function invocation, memory management, and orchestration across multiple large language models (LLMs) and services, enabling the product’s copilot and automation features.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of AI capabilities including technical design, model selection and fine-tuning, performance evaluation, deployment to production, and ongoing monitoring to ensure system reliability, low latency, and cost-effective operation at scale.
• Provide mentorship to junior AI engineers, establish best practices for prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and agent evaluation methodologies, and contribute to the development of reusable AI infrastructure for the team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, backend infrastructure, and security teams to ensure AI features are robust, safe, and comply with data governance standards.
• Monitor emerging advancements in large language models and agentic AI technologies, proactively applying innovative techniques to enhance the product roadmap.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including a minimum of 2 years developing AI/ML or LLM-based production systems.
• Extensive expertise in building applications around LLMs, including prompt engineering, RAG, agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, tool and function calling, and complex multi-agent orchestration.
• Strong background in machine learning and deep learning with hands-on experience in model fine-tuning, performance evaluation, and optimization balancing latency, cost, and accuracy.
• Demonstrated success launching AI-driven products from concept through to production, preferably within B2B, enterprise, or SaaS environments.
• Excellent system design capabilities to create scalable, secure, and maintainable AI infrastructure.
• Self-motivated fast learner with a proactive attitude, comfortable managing ambiguity and independently making technical decisions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with product managers and designers, aligning technical solutions with business goals.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, productivity tools, or AI copilot solutions is advantageous.
