Job Description

• Take charge of designing and delivering new features in collaboration with designers, product managers, and cross-functional partners, ensuring comprehensive understanding and translation of requirements into exceptional user interfaces.
• Create and embed AI-driven workflows within products to better support users, maximize productivity, and introduce novel working methods across the organization.
• Employ AI-centric engineering approaches such as AI-assisted development, agentic programming, and harness engineering to enhance daily delivery speed without compromising quality, reliability, and maintainability.
• Lead development and upkeep of shared frontend assets, including component libraries, code quality standards, and design systems.
• Design and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development, improve reliability, and boost deployment efficiency.
• Keep abreast of the latest technological trends in frontend development, AI, and software engineering to ensure the production of clean, scalable, and well-tested code aligned with modern engineering best practices.
• Proactively identify and solve problems to increase product stability and user satisfaction while experimenting with emerging technologies, AI tools, rapid prototyping, and proof-of-concept projects to refine processes and products.
• Actively engage in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and regional technology events.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Frontend Engineering, including use of automated development, testing, and deployment tools.
• Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS, along with solid fundamentals in JavaScript.
• Practical experience with harness engineering and agentic programming techniques.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Understanding of the complete web stack and familiarity with common networking protocols.
• Good appreciation of user interface and user experience design principles.
• A passion for frontend innovation and ability to tackle complex development challenges.
• Readiness to explore, research, and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance existing workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in resolving web performance challenges and optimizing web application performance.
