Deputy Store Manager - Trim

Key Duties

• Partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily store functions.
• Drive performance by targeting key performance indicators.
• Lead, motivate, and cultivate the growth of your store team.
• Uphold high standards for shop floor appearance and product availability.
• Ensure inventory levels consistently meet demand.
• Deliver a consistently superior customer service experience.

Requirements

• Completion of Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• At least two years' managerial experience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Possession of a full driving license.
• Strong enthusiasm for working in high-energy, target-oriented environments with strict deadlines.
• Excellent skills in communication and interpersonal relations.
• Willingness and flexibility to accommodate diverse shift schedules.
• Preferred but not mandatory: prior experience as an Assistant Store Manager, contingent on a positive, proactive attitude.
