Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Enhance workforce effectiveness and efficiency to boost business agility, increase revenue, and reduce operational costs.
• Leverage extensive payroll experience, specifically involving US, UK, and international payroll processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll distribution to employees via selected channels such as banking institutions.
• Manage dissemination of earnings statements through manual pay slips or electronic company portals.
• Analyze and resolve moderately complex payroll-related challenges, devising new solutions or adapting existing methods as necessary.
• Align operational objectives with strategic directives established by senior management.
• Communicate primarily with direct supervisors and occasionally interface with peers and management at client sites or within Accenture.
• Receive guidance on methods and procedures for unfamiliar assignments.
• Make decisions that influence the performance and outcomes of the immediate team.
• Lead small teams or manage work efforts at client locations or within the organization, either as a team lead or individual contributor.
• Be prepared to work in rotational shifts as required by the role.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must possess a graduation degree in any discipline.
• Professional experience ranging from 7 to 11 years, specifically in payroll planning and distribution.
• Expertise in managing payroll for US, UK, and international employees is essential.
