Responsible AI Tech Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a Responsible AI Tech Lead to oversee the ethical implementation and responsible use of artificial intelligence technologies. This role involves designing and deploying AI solutions that conform to ethical standards and regulatory mandates while providing leadership to encourage collaborative efforts across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Responsible AI practices.
• Lead and manage teams to achieve project goals effectively.
• Take accountability for key team decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and influence critical decisions spanning various projects.
• Offer problem-solving strategies that benefit multiple teams and projects.
• Conduct training sessions to boost team expertise in ethical AI methodologies.
• Assess and monitor AI initiatives to ensure they align with established ethical guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Expertise in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture is mandatory.
• Deep knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and operational guidelines.
• Proven experience in formulating and implementing AI governance policies.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret and utilize complex datasets for sound decision-making.
• Familiarity with AI-related regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Minimum 12 years of demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
• Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
