Role Summary

The HR Service Delivery New Associate will play a crucial role in enhancing workforce effectiveness, boosting business adaptability, and contributing to increased revenue while effectively managing costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and promptly manage employee payroll distribution, including handling earnings statements via various channels such as banks, manual pay slips, or electronic company portals.
• Leverage payroll expertise across US, UK, and international contexts.
• Address routine issues by utilizing precedent solutions and referring to established guidelines.
• Communicate primarily within your team and report directly to your supervisor with detailed task instructions.
• Contribute as an individual team member working within a defined and focused scope of work.
• Adapt to working in rotational shifts when required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing and management.
• Primary skill in Payroll Planning and Distribution level P1.
• Ability to maintain composure and perform effectively under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
