About the Role and Company

Accenture, a global leader in professional services specializing in digital, cloud, and security solutions, supports clients in over 120 countries through its extensive technology and operations network. As part of its Trust & Safety team focused on Content Moderation and Responsible AI, Accenture seeks a New Associate to ensure online environments remain safe and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, review, and moderate user-generated content including profiles, audio, video, and text using client-specific tools and guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve flagged issues reported by users or identified by automated systems, escalating when necessary.
• Keep updated on evolving client policies, content moderation standards, responsible AI regulations, and industry trends.
• Contribute to the development of best practices in content moderation and AI governance.
• Design and execute prompt strategies to evaluate large language models for appropriate and compliant responses, particularly in sensitive topics such as medical and legal advice.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze AI model outputs and enhance the understanding of responsible AI challenges.
• Participate actively in well-being and resilience programs offered to support coping with exposure to potentially disturbing or objectionable content.

Candidate Requirements

• Any graduate with 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong ability to manage emotional resilience and stress.
• Excellent comprehension, communication skills, and proficiency in the Malay language.
• Exceptional attention to detail and capacity to analyze information from multiple sources objectively, without bias.
• Strong critical thinking and sound decision-making capabilities.
• Passion and solid understanding of internet platforms, culture, and responsible AI principles.
• High cultural awareness regarding political and social dynamics of the relevant region.
