About the Role
We are looking for motivated Delivery Executives to join FirstCry’s Last Mile Delivery team. The position offers a take-home salary of ₹22,000, with additional benefits including an attendance bonus and fuel reimbursement.
Compensation and Incentives
- Base salary: ₹22,000 per month
- Attendance bonus: ₹2,600 per month
- Fuel allowance: ₹3 per km, paid weekly
- Delivery incentives: ₹10 per shipment for 30+ shipments and ₹20 per shipment for 40+ shipments monthly
Work Locations and Vacancies
- Guindy: 4 openings
- Chrompet: 7 openings
- Avadi: 2 openings
- Triplicane: 1 opening
- Urapakkam: 2 openings
Working Hours
The role requires working from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational qualification: Minimum 10th pass
- Age: Below 45 years
- Must own a two-wheeler vehicle
- Valid driving license required
- Open to freshers and experienced candidates
