Role Overview

Delivery Drivers at GSF Car Parts serve as vital contributors to the team by ensuring timely delivery of automotive parts to customers while consistently upholding exceptional customer service standards. They represent the company’s image and play a key role in gathering customer feedback to support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Transporting products to customer locations within a 40-mile radius of the branch.
• Maintaining excellent customer service throughout all deliveries.
• Reporting customer insights and competitor activity back to the branch.
• Loading vehicles in accordance with company procedures.
• Collecting product returns from customers as necessary.
• Performing daily vehicle maintenance and checks to ensure safety and reliability.
• Assisting in warehouse duties when required.
• Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries as needed.

Working Hours

Approximately 41 hours per week from Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays.

Candidate Profile

• Hold a full UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
• At least 3 years of driving experience.
• Thorough knowledge of the local area within a 40-mile radius of the branch.
• Previous experience in a delivery driver position.
• Strong commitment to delivering high standards of customer service.
• Ability to meet deadlines with punctuality and effective time management.
• Customer-oriented with a motivated and proactive approach to work.
