Job Overview

We are seeking a Delivery Boy to become part of our Swiggy team, responsible for ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of products to customers while upholding company professionalism and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick up and deliver items on schedule.
• Confirm the completeness of orders before delivery.
• Carefully manage loading and unloading of goods.
• Collect payments when necessary and issue appropriate receipts.
• Interact courteously with customers to resolve questions or issues.
• Adhere to predetermined routes and comply with all traffic laws.
• Maintain detailed logs of deliveries, including times, destinations, and receipts.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education level below 10th grade minimum.
• Between zero to four years of relevant experience.
• Excellent time management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Customer service oriented.
• Knowledge of navigation tools is advantageous.
• Previous delivery experience considered a bonus.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹60,000 to ₹80,000.
