Role Overview

Join a leading online food ordering and delivery company as a Data Analyst based in Gurugram, India. This role involves close collaboration with sales teams to enhance offer adoption, monitor activation progress, and manage effective communication for lead follow-ups and program implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Work integrally with the sales department to promote offer adoption, track progress of activations, and ensure timely engagement with leads and program launches.
• Develop, sustain, and automate comprehensive MIS reports on daily, weekly, and monthly bases to assess business performance across various programs and portfolios.
• Utilize SQL to extract, transform, and verify data from internal databases for detailed report generation and analysis.
• Respond to unscheduled data inquiries by providing structured lead lists and performance dashboards while guaranteeing the accuracy of numerical data before sharing with stakeholders.

Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of direct experience in Management Information Systems (MIS) or reporting roles.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Intermediate level proficiency in SQL database querying.
• Any graduate degree qualification to be eligible for application.

Additional Details

Salary range offered for this position is between 300,000 and 500,000 Indian Rupees annually.
