Role Overview

As a Production Line Personnel (Deli Clerk), you will assemble food products by placing ingredients on bread or trays, labeling items, and ensuring efficient processing. The role demands good hand dexterity, the ability to quickly assemble small items accurately, and teamwork coordination. Some lifting is required, with a maximum of 40 pounds. Maintaining accuracy and steady workflow pace is essential.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
• Operate production equipment safely and effectively.
• Assemble products swiftly and accurately.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Follow safety protocols including chemical handling (WHMIS), good manufacturing practices (GMPs), and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Physical Requirements

• Continuous lifting and carrying objects under 10 pounds.
• Prolonged standing during shifts.
• Reaching below shoulder height frequently.
• Regular gripping and manipulation of production materials.
• Occasional bending, twisting, and lifting up to 40 pounds at waist and low levels.
• Ability to work in cold environments between 1 and 4 degrees Celsius.
