Role Overview and Impact

As a Bakery Associate under the supervision of the Bakery Manager, you will ensure customers receive courteous and professional service. Your role involves preparing bakery items for sale, maintaining the production area, and training new bakery staff. Active participation in fostering a positive environment for employees and customers is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive customer service tailored to customer needs.
• Prepare and bake products ready for customer purchase.

Qualifications and Experience
