Roles and Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and sustain large-scale data pipelines leveraging BigQuery, Dataform, and other Google Cloud Platform services.
• Work collaboratively across teams to understand business requirements and design appropriate technical solutions.
• Create advanced SQL queries to extract critical insights from extensive datasets housed in BigQuery.
• Identify and resolve issues involving data processing, storage, and retrieval within the Google Cloud environment.
• Maintain system reliability and scalability by applying effective monitoring tools and logging standards.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 6 to 10 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer with strong capabilities in BigQuery, Dataform, and GCP.
• Deep knowledge of cloud computing fundamentals, including storage classes and bucket policies.
• Expertise in crafting complex SQL statements for large-scale data querying.
• Hands-on experience in managing streaming data sources such as Pub/Sub and Cloud Storage event streams.
