Role Summary

We are searching for dedicated Data Annotators to enhance the development of AI models by meticulously labeling and assessing diverse data types, including text, images, audio, and video. This full-time position is fully remote, involving careful review of AI-generated outputs aligned with detailed annotation rules to incrementally improve model performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Systematically label various data formats in adherence to specific annotation guidelines.
• Assess and validate AI-generated content for correctness, usefulness, and compliance with instructions.
• Detect unclear cases or exceptions in annotation protocols and report these to the annotation lead.
• Maintain consistent annotation quality to ensure strong agreement between annotators.
• Deliver organized feedback to enhance subsequent AI model training iterations.
• Achieve designated daily and weekly throughput goals while upholding quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Exceptional reading comprehension and high attention to detail.
• Ability to consistently apply structured guidelines.
• Proficient written English skills, capable of clearly articulating rationale.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience or familiarity with AI platforms like ChatGPT or Claude is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, able to operate independently in meeting project quotas.
