Job description
Role Overview
The Field Officer acts as the primary liaison between Jana Small Finance Bank and its clientele. This role involves representing the bank directly in the field to perform essential tasks including acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum educational qualification: Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or 10th pass, with preference given to higher qualifications.
- Age range: 20 to 32 years.
- Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience in Microfinance Institutions (MFI).
