Role Overview
The Branch Head will spearhead branch activities to meet loan disbursement targets, identify growth avenues in the local market, and maintain a strong local presence. This leadership role demands active management of field operations, customer acquisition, and ensuring regulatory compliance alongside enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch loan disbursement goals and pinpoint business growth possibilities within the vicinity.
- Supervise and evaluate field operations to bolster customer onboarding.
- Ensure punctual collection of EMIs, minimize account delinquencies, and assist teams with challenging recovery cases.
- Lead, mentor, and energize the branch staff including field officers; conduct meetings and review performance diligently.
- Administer daily branch processes, guarantee adherence to documentation standards, and keep accurate records of disbursement and recovery.
- Foster robust client relations, address grievances swiftly, and uphold exemplary community reputation.
Additional Information
- Salary Range: ₹30,000 to ₹60,000 per month.
