Role Overview

The Branch Head will be responsible for managing the branch operations, sales targets, team management, and customer relationships within the local market in Belagavi, Karnataka. This role involves spearheading business growth, monitoring financial collections, and ensuring operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the achievement of branch loan disbursement targets and identify new business prospects in the local area.
• Oversee field staff activities, facilitating customer acquisition and building a strong client base.
• Ensure timely recovery of EMIs, manage overdue accounts to minimize delinquency, and assist in the recovery of challenging cases.
• Lead, train, and inspire field officers and branch staff, conducting regular meetings and performance evaluations to maintain discipline and productivity.
• Supervise daily branch operations, guarantee proper documentation and adherence to compliance standards, and maintain clear records of disbursements and collections.
• Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, address grievances promptly, and uphold the branch's reputation within the community.
