Job Overview
As a Customer Relations Officer at Seatrium (SG) Pte. Ltd., you will oversee the operations of the Superintendents' offices and the Customer Relations centre, ensuring smooth coordination and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise the activities of the Superintendents' offices and the Customer Relations centre.
- Manage and coordinate work for the Customer Relations assistant and office assistant.
- Arrange logistics for customers, including entry passes, accommodation, transportation, car park arrangements, and meal provisions.
- Maintain and manage the visitor list, daily planners, and customer feedback records.
- Prepare reports focused on customer satisfaction metrics.
- Oversee inventory management and verify vendor invoices for accuracy.
- Provide support during company events and occasions.
- Capture and compile project photographs for publicity and marketing purposes.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers.
- Demonstrate willingness to undertake additional assignments as requested.
- Exhibit excellent customer complaint handling skills and the ability to coordinate events and functions effectively.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or its equivalent in any discipline.
- Have at least two years of experience in customer relations roles.
- Be open to receiving training relevant to the position.
Work Location and Hours
The position is based at Seatrium (SG) Pte. Ltd., Tuas Boulevard Yard, 80 Tuas South Boulevard, Singapore 637051. Islandwide transport is provided.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
