Job description
Job Summary
The Senior Executive will support the Project Controls Manager by developing and maintaining the Project Risk Management Plan and Risk & Opportunity Register. The role involves organizing and contributing to regular risk review sessions both internally within the company and with clients to enhance the project's risk management efforts. Coordination with Procurement to identify major equipment risks and integration into the project risk log is also a key function. Emphasis is placed on identifying and mitigating critical path risks to ensure timely project completion. Additionally, the Senior Executive will assist the Project Services Manager in the preparation and consolidation of weekly and monthly project reports.
Responsibilities
- Support in drafting and updating the Project Risk Management Plan.
- Maintain and manage the Risk & Opportunity Register effectively.
- Organize and participate in periodic risk assessment meetings internally and with clients.
- Collaborate with Procurement to identify major equipment risks for inclusion in the project risk log.
- Detect risks affecting critical path tasks and implement mitigation measures to maintain project timelines.
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of weekly and monthly project status reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years practical experience in a relevant role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Workplace Location and Hours
Position based at Seatrium’s Tuas Boulevard Yard, Singapore, with island-wide transportation provided.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 5:15pm and Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
