Job description
Role Overview
This position supports the Project Controls Manager in the preparation and management of the Project Risk Management Plan. The incumbent maintains the Risk & Opportunity Register and facilitates regular risk review meetings involving internal teams and clients to contribute to effective project risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Project Controls Manager to develop and update the Project Risk Management Plan.
- Maintain the Risk & Opportunity Register accurately and ensure it is up to date.
- Organize and participate in periodic risk review sessions with both internal stakeholders and clients, enhancing the overall risk management process.
- Coordinate with Procurement to identify significant equipment risks and incorporate them into the Project Risk Log.
- Identify risks affecting the critical project path, implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely project completion.
- Assist the Project Services Manager in gathering and compiling weekly and monthly project reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of five years experience relevant to the role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adept at multitasking and thriving in a dynamic, fast-moving work environment.
Additional Information
Location: Seatrium - Tuas Boulevard Yard, 80 Tuas South Boulevard, Singapore 637051 (Islandwide transport is provided).
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:15 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
