HSE Officer (Management Trainee)

Job Summary

As an HSE Officer (Management Trainee) at Seatrium, you will play a critical role in monitoring, supervising, and improving Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards across multiple yard locations in Singapore. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual capable of operating efficiently in a dynamic work environment.

Key Duties

• Review and audit work procedures and essential HSE documentation.
• Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and recommend actionable preventive measures.
• Oversee firefighting and oil spill control operations to ensure safety and compliance.
• Offer advice and collaborate with project management teams to fulfill project-specific HSE objectives.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned to support operational and safety goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering or in Workplace Safety & Health-related fields, preferred.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and a proactive work style.
• Capable of maintaining accuracy while working under fast-paced conditions.

Work Locations and Logistics

Your work may be based at various Seatrium yards including Admiralty Yard, Tuas Boulevard Yard, Pioneer Yard, Tuas Yard, and Benoi Yard. Transportation is available from key MRT stations and islandwide for most locations.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
