Key Responsibilities

• Consistently prioritize customers in all actions and decisions.
• Build rapport with customers and deliver service with pride.
• Ensure availability of products and services for customers at all times.
• Handle all items carefully to maintain quality until they reach the customer.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on the sales floor and back areas.
• Follow departmental routines and processes as per training.
• Comply with company policies and Health and Safety guidelines.
• Provide support across departments as needed, beyond primary role.
