Customer Assistant - Castlebar (30-35 hours)

Job Responsibilities

• Prioritize customer needs in all actions and interactions to ensure satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers and serve them with enthusiasm and pride.
• Ensure continuous availability of products and services for shoppers.
• Handle merchandise carefully to keep quality intact and deliver products in excellent condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness both on the sales floor and in storage areas.
• Follow all departmental routines and guidelines taught during training.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and Health and Safety regulations.
• Assist colleagues by providing support to other departments when needed.
