Role Overview

As a Customer Acceptance Engineer at KLA, you will be integral to progressing key business objectives by performing critical tasks within your expertise. The role involves carrying out final inspections of Wafer Inspection Systems, ensuring adherence to test protocols within a cleanroom setting, and collaborating with various teams to resolve technical challenges and elevate system quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute final inspection tests on Wafer Inspection Systems following defined procedures in a cleanroom environment.
• Engage with Customers, Marketing, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to address complex technical issues and enhance product quality.
• Lead ongoing improvements via failure analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Conduct standard conformance testing to verify compliance with customer specifications.
• Prepare and present conformance test documentation for marketing purposes.
• Assign system drivers to guarantee timely completion of products.
• Provide basic applications support during Customer Acceptance processes.
• Manage extensive data sets and perform comprehensive data analysis.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma with 2 years of relevant industry experience, or be a recent graduate with a Degree in Engineering, Science, or Statistics.
• Capable of working in a cleanroom environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in generating and presenting reports from data using tools such as JMP and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI or Microsoft Power Automation is advantageous.
• Self-driven with excellent interpersonal and teamwork capabilities.
• Demonstrate a sharp technical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
