Our flagship products include Enterprise Data Protection and Compliant Enterprise®, which integrate with the Control Center XACML-based policy management platform. We seek experienced software engineers to contribute to our global agile scrum team, developing next-generation, containerized software solutions deployed on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP. Key Responsibilities
- Develop well-designed, efficient, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Collaborate across international teams to define, design, and build advanced software applications, microservices, and APIs using Java on cloud environments.
- Stay current with evolving software technologies and development methodologies.
- Partner with Professional Services teams to ensure the software solutions are supportable.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in computer science or a related discipline.
- Strong grasp of software architecture principles, programming best practices, and design patterns in Java.
- Practical experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, JUnit, and build tools such as Gradle or Maven.
- Proven ability in creating RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is advantageous.
- Understanding of at least one cloud infrastructure platform such as AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenShift, or Rancher is a plus.
- Basic UNIX/Linux operating system skills, including shell scripting.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven with a demonstrated commitment to learning new technologies.
- At least 8 years of professional software development experience.
