The Team
The Enterprise Credit Subsidiary Lending Group (EC SLG) independently manages credit portfolios for local subsidiaries of multinational corporations. Operating across 12 countries in three regions, EC SLG acts as the Local R-Credit Specialist, executing credit administration and coordinating local jurisdictional needs with stakeholders and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage credit portfolios for local subsidiaries of multinational clients with independent oversight.
- Lead the preparation, negotiation, and finalization of credit documentation and loan agreements.
- Interact directly with global credit teams, local subsidiary banking units, and external clients.
- Ensure timely completion of credit transactions.
- Oversee local Legal Entity approval and booking processes, collaborating with Tax, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Management teams.

- Contribute proactively to the growth of the Enterprise Credit Subsidiary Lending business.

- Capable of active risk management.
- University degree or equivalent qualification/experience.
- Experience in credit analysis with solid understanding of Corporate Banking products and services.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting loan agreements and associated documents.
- Excellent written communication skills suited for all organizational levels.
- Team-oriented, results-driven, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
- Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
- Skilled at coordinating multiple internal and external contacts.
