Global Business Services Overview

Global Business Services (GBS) at Bank of America delivers technology and operational support through a centralized, global delivery model recognized for excellence in execution, risk management, and innovation. In India, operations run through BA Continuum India Private Limited with locations including Gurugram.

Role Summary

The Team Leader role supports the Global Wealth and Investment Management (GWIM) division, working with onshore portfolio managers and other stakeholders to manage content on the Resource Central platform (an internal website used by Private Bank and Merrill advisors).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage publishing of documents, news, alerts, and webpages on the Resource Central platform.
  • Maintain website content and functionality ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Generate collateral and ad hoc reports as required.
  • Collaborate with onshore business partners and lines of business as needed.
  • Adhere to quality standards and service timelines.
  • Engage proactively in process improvement and operational initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

  • Graduate or postgraduate educational qualification.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in website maintenance.
  • Solid understanding of web content management and HTML.
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
  • Experience with CSS, Adobe Photoshop, and Dreamweaver preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Working Hours and Location

Shift timing is from 3:30 PM or 6:30 PM till 12:30 AM or 3:30 AM. The job location is Gurugram, Haryana, India.
