Courier with DOT Compliance

Job Overview

Operate company vehicles responsibly to ensure timely and courteous collection and delivery of packages. Maintain standards for shipment compliance with company service features and offer effective customer support. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7AM to 5PM.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid license for assigned vehicle type.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Capable of lifting weights up to 50 lbs; able to handle heavier packages with assistance or equipment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear verbal communication.
• Professional appearance suitable for customer interaction.
• Meeting eligibility outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Passing a medical examination per FMCSA or FAA requirements; the role is safety-sensitive but not covered under certain regulations.
• Ability to maintain alertness and operate safely at all times.
• Minimum age requirement: 21 years.
• Proficient in English for understanding traffic signs, engaging with traffic authorities, and following official instructions as per FMCSA guidelines.
