Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles on highways and local roads in compliance with traffic laws.
• Provide daily delivery updates to dispatchers and supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of vehicles, ramps, and line equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections of vehicles to ensure operational safety.
• Use a smartphone effectively to communicate with dispatch and supervisory teams.
• Adhere strictly to defined safety and quality standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Possess access to a smartphone.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Completed high school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Authorized to work within the United States.
• Comply with company appearance standards.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude even during traffic congestion or challenging driving situations.
• Self-motivated and diligent work ethic.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Capable of pushing a luggage cart loaded up to 500 pounds.
• Competent in performing basic arithmetic calculations.
• Exhibit excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Successfully pass background checks and drug screenings.

Appearance Guidelines

• Wear clean and well-maintained approved uniforms during shifts.
• Adhere to additional dress or grooming requirements as specified by management.

Physical Requirements

The role frequently requires using hands and fingers, communicating with customers and colleagues, sitting, reaching, standing, walking, and driving. Frequent activities include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, turning, stretching, and bending. The employee must regularly lift and move objects weighing up to 70 pounds and move with moderate agility. Specific vision capabilities such as close vision, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly wage ranges from $17.50 to $18.50. Eligible employees are offered a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, long and short-term disability insurance, life and accident insurance, 401(k) retirement plans, and paid time off.
