Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Counter Sales Associate to join Swiss Castle Bakery in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing detailed product information to enhance customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist in identifying their requirements.
• Promote and canvass bakery products to customers effectively.
• Unload goods from delivery vehicles and verify items against order lists.
• Adhere to the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory system to maintain product quality.
• Cross-verify received products with manufacturing and expiration dates to ensure freshness.
• Handle cake orders as well as online orders through platforms like Swiggy and Zomato.
• Collect customer feedback regarding the services offered to aid continuous improvement.
• Manage shrinkage and damage controls diligently.
• Carry out billing processes and cash transactions accurately.
• Perform end-of-day account closing activities.

Additional Information

The position offers a monthly salary in the range of 14,000 to 15,000 INR.
