Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Service Executive based in Nellore to oversee and streamline corporate services operations. The role involves managing facilities, coordinating vendor services, ensuring safety compliance, and enhancing employee satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor, manage, and respond to operational challenges and emergency situations to maintain smooth facility functioning.
• Liaise with external vendors, guaranteeing service delivery meets established quality and timeliness standards.
• Provide training to on-site teams concerning housekeeping procedures, hygiene protocols, and daily operational standards.
• Keep an accurate inventory of all housekeeping supplies, tools, and materials to ensure availability and control usage.
• Conduct comprehensive inspections of facilities to uphold maintenance, safety, and procedural compliance.
• Perform monthly site visits and routine audits across the designated office locations to verify operational consistency.
• Coordinate transport arrangements to meet business requirements efficiently.
• Promptly address concerns raised by employees and key stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service satisfaction.
• Strictly enforce adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and operational benchmarks to maintain standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduation in any discipline is required, with preference given to candidates holding an MBA.
• A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in corporate services, facilities management, or administrative operations is essential.
